Lobsta Brol

Base :

  • 1/2 cup of cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Veggies :

  • 1/2 cup of chopped romaine
  • 1/4 cup of kernel corn
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped white onion 
  • (1/4 cup of white wine)

Sauce :

  • 3 tablespoon of brahma sauce

Protein :

  • 1 cooked lobster

Toppings :

  • small handfull of fresh tarragon
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cook the rice as indicated on the packet and allow to cool. Mix with the rice vinegar. In a pan, fry the onion and the corn, deglaze with white wine, reduce and set aside. Mix the cooked veggies, the lettuce and 2 tablespoon of brahma sauce. Remove the lobster from his shell and brush with the remainder of the sauce. To set up the bowl : Place the rice at the bottom of the bowl, cover with the veggies blend and add the lobster on top. Add a little salt, pepper and tarragon and it's ready!
