Matane's candy, recipe for one bowl

Base :

  • 160g of japanese rice (vinegar to taste)

Veggies :

  • 1/4 avocado cut into 2 pieces
  • 1/2 grapefruit cut into supremes

Proteins :

  • 100g fresh nordic shrimps

Toppings :

  • 70g of fenel, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • pinch of salt

Sauce :

  • 2 tablespoon of brahma sauce

Add the fennel sprigs for a cute touch and cut a piece of nuts bread in cubic shape (4cm x 4cm x 8cm). Grill the bread and sprinkle some lemon juice.
